One Plump Demon

After recovering from his last mission involving tentacles, Hellboy was constantly in an uneasy state. He was constantly readjusting his waistband and suspenders, hefting and jiggling his stomach, and just generally assessing just how big he was. He never really noticed it before, but his belly was quite soft and flabby, but also firm and heavy. This disposition gave him a very plump sort of look. Like a nice stuffed turkey. He could hear the taunting words of the tentacle monster that attacked him so clearly...

"He looks so nice and plump... Indeed, he looks good enough to eat... All he needs is a little glaze and he'll be perfect..."

Looking at himself in his room mirror, be could actually see where it was coming from. He definitely looked like a delicious meal for a monster. The worst part is that his insatiable hunger was the cause of it all and he knew that if he didn't do something about his expanding mass, every monster in existence would want a piece of him. He would be like an elusive special at a restaurant that only comes once a year. The thought made him sick to his stomach.

"Damn it, Hellboy," he muttered to himself, rubbing the underside of his large stomach. "You really do look good enough to eat..."
